GMAC Mortgage, one of three business units of GMAC Residential, is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC LLC, one of the largest financial services companies in the world. The company is one of the largest residential mortgage services in the nation. Originating first and second lien residential mortgage loans through a nationwide network of retail offices, direct lending centers and internet sites under the brands gmacmortgage.com and ditech.com, and GM Family First, a custom home ownership services program offered to GM employees, retirees and dealers. In 2005, GMAC Mortgage began working with Finley Visual Communications to develop a fresh and more intuitive user experience through the GMACMORTGAGE.COM website.

Finley Visual Communications began working with GMAC Mortgage and GMAC Bank in 2005, upon being introduced by a mutual client. Over the course of the past 2 years, FVC has worked closely with the GMAC Mortgage marketing team to creative visual treatments for GMACMORTGAGE.COM and related sub-sites, based upon the discoveries of our user experience testing. We have also served as consultants in providing graphical direction and support to numerous online marketing campaigns for both GMAC Mortgage and GMAC Bank. In addition, we provided Flash-based interactive services for demonstrations, walk-through and design and implementation of several dynamic website components.
